Ambient-Pop Group Neodrone Releases New 'Frozen' EP That's 'Chilled To Perfection'
Gothenburg, VG (PRWEB) February 15, 2008 -- The dead of winter turned out to be a most apropos time for Sweden's Neodrone to release their new chillout EP Frozen. The ambient/pop/electronica duo consists of Swedish composer/producer/synthesist Magnus Tak, providing lush, dreamy soundscapes as a backdrop to the gorgeous vocals of Scottish singer/songwriter Suzanne Carlsson. One listen is all it takes to see why the press has labeled Carlsson "one of Scotland's finest exports".
The EP also enlists the writing talents of American lyricist Brent Swarthout, who pitched in on Neodrone's debut CD Extended Horizon, giving the tracks a truly international flavor.
Frozen consists of four exhilarating tracks, and the band is currently writing and recording new material, including an exciting mix of neo-classical, progressive electronics and haunting ambience, to complete the CD for release later this year.
